Seat Belts For Kids Why Is It That Adults Have To Wear Seat Belts But School Buses Don't Use Them For Kids?

Why is it that adults have to wear seat belts but school buses don't use them for kids? - seat belts for kids

Every day we see the adults arrested and without seat belts fined ... and every time you watch the news .. Children are suffering every minute, in every state, almost by accident bus. I think the safety of children is considered first and then the adults .. Maybe someone can answer this question, I wonder why there is one law for the safety of children. Children need first and foremost

Very simple in their response.

Read it.

In 1999, the Security Council issued a study on the problems of the bus collision has performed. The results of this study focuses on some important questions:

In the compartment seat occupants, but were not in the field of intrusion, less likely to suffer serious injury.
Seat belts do not prevent it, all injuries in an accident and may even increase injury with the current design of school bus seats.
A system of occupant protection in case of accidents will be developed to protect school bus passengers in most accident scenarios.

The fund would increase the risk of adding seat belts, not decrease, even without the costs of adjustment.

Did you provide a credible source to comment? "Children suffer every minute in every state in the vicinity of the bus accident"

I see the opposite, that school bus accidents are rare, and very few injuries. It is one of the safest means of transport, and you aremore in the bus, as in it will hurt.

Motor vehicle safety is another problem. Decreased child deaths in road accidents since 1975, but it always comes back injuries account for about 1 every 3 deaths in children under 13. Among persons aged 2-12 years, injury accidents are the leading cause of death. Most of these deaths occur among children riding as a passenger vehicle occupants and proper use of restraints can reduce these deaths. Placing children in rear seats instead of front seats reduces the risk of fatal injury one third between 12 and less.

Each year about 1,800 children under the age of 14 are killed by the occupants of motor vehicles and over 280,000 injured.

PA not needed for passengers to wear a seat belt, so are the rear passengers? Show my status, it should be corrected. This question was often asked and answered so far as to try to read some of the earlier answers. I am sure that problems occur, read like this when you posted this.

The law requires that everyone wear in the pilot line, and children in the car seatbelts. The law does not require passenger seat belts in buses, even in adults. Adults are only required to use safety belts while driving or in the car.
