Need a hidden parition in windows xp professional SP3? - strongest encryption 2009

I have 160 GB hard drive partitions with 4 evenly. I want to hide partition 1 and do not want to give access to all the computer. Partitioning is only available when I want, and that requires a password or some form of encryption / decryption. I'm using Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 NTFS and Kaspersky Internet Security 2009.

Please help. Its urgent.
